Castle Victorian sits on top of a hill with an adjacent detached garage, that we call the "Carriage House". A second Victorian barn structure (photo above), is a few hundred feet from the house on the long, curved drive. This structure was built first, and served as a storage facility during the construction of the house. The roof shingles are pressed tin. The barn is 24-feet deep and 40-feet wide, with a 12-foot high first floor ceiling and an eight-foot high partial second floor. It has a 200-amp electrical service, and water inside and out.
